Customers provide verbal consent during a phone call when requesting IT support or scheduling service. SMS communication begins only after the customer verbally agrees. Verbal consent is documented in the client record.

Opt-Out:

Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. Opt-out requests are processed automatically.
