Role Overview
We are seeking a Network & Systems Administrator – Tier 2 to join our growing technical team. This role is responsible for supporting client environments, resolving escalated technical issues, and assisting with infrastructure projects.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working directly with customers, and operating in a fast-paced MSP environment with a wide variety of technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated service tickets related to servers, networking equipment, hardware, and business applications
- Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, servers, and network infrastructure
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and on-premise Active Directory
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues involving firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and internet services
- Assist with system upgrades, equipment deployments, and infrastructure improvement projects
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of client environments and internal procedures
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding technical issues, timelines, and resolutions
- Provide onsite and remote technical support as required
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of IT support or system administration experience (MSP experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and network infrastructure.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and networking basics.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and wireless.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and supporting line-of-business applications.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Server+, or similar are a plus.
